Join CrowdStrike as a remote Solution Architect for our MSSP team, guiding partners through the adoption of our industry-leading Falcon cybersecurity platform while designing tailored security solutions for managed service environments.

As a Solution Architect for our MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) division, you will be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike’s cutting-edge cybersecurity platform and our partners. You will design and articulate scalable security solutions, lead technical discussions, and drive adoption of Falcon platform capabilities. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic customer engagement, requiring you to understand complex security environments and map them to CrowdStrike’s AI-native architecture. You will collaborate across sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and operational success for our MSSP partners.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in solution architecture or technical pre-sales
• Deep understanding of MSSP business models, multi-tenant architectures, and managed security services
• Expertise in endpoint security, cloud security, and threat intelligence
• Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform or similar EDR/XDR solutions
• Strong knowledge of networking, SIEM, SOAR, and identity technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment within German time zones
