• Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business units.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Drive data quality initiatives and ensure integrity of reporting systems.
• Mentor junior analysts and enforce best practices in data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
