As a Staff Analyst you will be a key driver in transforming data into actionable insights, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to optimize campaign performance and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets from advertising campaigns to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as eCPM, fill rate, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and build scalable pipelines.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic decisions on ad inventory, pricing, and targeting.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a data-driven culture.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in ad tech, marketing, or SaaS.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of A/B testing, regression analysis, and probability.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile advertising metrics (eCPM, LTV, CPI) is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Languages: Fluent English; German is a plus.
