As a Talent Coordinator and Sourcer at Aily Labs, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive effective employer branding initiatives. • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Knowledge of employer branding and candidate engagement best practices
