We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Analyst to join our IT team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of Bayshore's technology systems, which directly support our healthcare services. You will be the first point of contact for internal staff experiencing technical issues, providing efficient and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for technical support inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge base
• Assist with setup and configuration of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
• Provide support for telehealth and remote work technologies
• Monitor system performance and report potential issues
• Maintain accurate records of all support activities
