As a Working Student / Intern in Product Development at eRC System, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, supporting the design, prototyping, and testing of innovative products. You will work closely with senior engineers to bring concepts to life, utilizing CAD software, simulation tools, and hands-on assembly. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the aerospace or electronics industry, contributing to projects that push the boundaries of technology.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in product design and development using CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA)
• Conduct simulations and analyze data to optimize product performance
• Participate in prototyping, assembly, and testing of mechanical/electronic components
• Document technical specifications, test results, and design iterations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes

• Currently enrolled as a student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in product development and hands-on technical work
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar)
• Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Previous internship or project experience is advantageous but not required
